Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds work for purchases from Marrenline Herbs.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you received the wrong or a missing item, please email us at marrenlineherbs@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for the affected items, and explain the next steps by email.

Order changes and cancellations

Changes to an order, including the product, size, quantity or shipping address, may not be possible without cancelling the original order and placing a new one. There is no guarantee that a cancellation can be made once an order has been submitted, especially once it has been packed or shipped. This applies to changes of items or address, and also where a customer has changed their mind.

Please check your cart carefully before submitting your order. If you need a change or cancellation, email us at marrenlineherbs@gmail.com as soon as possible after ordering. If we cannot cancel an order, you may return the parcel unopened after receiving it, as described below. If an order has already shipped and the address was entered incorrectly, we cannot guarantee that it can be rerouted.

Returns and right of withdrawal

If you have changed your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery (EU customers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order). To do so, email marrenlineherbs@gmail.com with your order number. Customers outside the EU may return unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery.

You pay the cost of shipping the parcel back to us. Once your return is received and checked, we refund the full price of the returned products and the original shipping you paid. This section does not limit your statutory rights.

Sealed products and hygiene

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, food products and herbs that have been opened or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned. Products must be returned unopened, in their original, sealed packaging.

How refunds are made

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and check your return. Please allow your bank additional time to display the refund. We will send you the return address by email after we have agreed on your return. Please do not send any parcel back without contacting us first.
