Shipping Policy
Marrenline Herbs ships from Bulgaria to the destinations offered at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)
- European Union: 4–8 business days
- United States: 4–14 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times for other destinations vary.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships, where tracking is available for your destination.
Customs, duties and taxes
- United States: orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We pay the import duties and taxes, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
- Other countries outside the EU (for example Canada and Australia): import duties, customs fees and taxes may apply on delivery. They are set by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Customs delays during shipping are outside the seller's control, and we are not responsible for them.
Incorrect address
Please check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch or arrives damaged, email marrenlineherbs@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
